  • A comfortable rehabilitation option for those who struggle with traditional land-based therapy. Patients do not necessarily need swimming skills to benefit from aquatic therapy.

  • Dry needling involves insertion and repetitive manipulation of a "dry", solid filament needle in a trigger point in order to produce an involuntary spinal cord reflex, also known as a local twitch response (LTR). This results in lasting muscle relaxation due to the release of shortened bands of muscle fibers for overactive (tight) muscles or the activation of under-active (weak) muscles.

  • Don’t let a fear of falling keep you from being active. The good news is that there clinically proven ways to prevent most falls and we can help. A collaborative effort between your doctor and our physical therapy team can make a difference.

  • FCE evaluates an individual's capacity to perform work activities related to his or her participation in work.

  • Treatment that allows you to return to performing daily activities and fine motor skills.

  • Hands-on approach using soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, myofascial release and stretching to regain function.

  • Massage therapy encompasses many different techniques. In general, therapists press, rub, and otherwise manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. They most often use their hands and fingers, but may use their forearms, elbows, or feet.

  • Temporomandibular disorder (TMD), is a term that describes an entire group of disorders involving the temporomandibular joint or joints (TMJ).

  • Wellness services are a broad spectrum of services designed to improve and optimize your physical, mental, emotional, nutritional, and spiritual health.
